Bloxham secure second place

Bloxham travelled to Deddington on a sunny but frosty morning.
After a good result against morton rangers bloxham knew they needed to win this game to secure second place in the league.
Bloxham kicked off and were positive from the start with the forward line making some good attacking runs and it was from one of those attacks that bloxham got a goal when Max .L got into the box to square it to Taylor crouch who put it past the keeper. 0-1
Deddington pushed forward but couldn't break through the bloxham defence and again bloxham broke forward and it was max lenoard who set Taylor crouch up who put it into an empty net.0-2
Bloxham were brimming with confidence and the Deddington defence couldn't cope with Bloxham's attack and it was Ryan who made a pass to Max leonard who broke into the penalty area only for a defender to grab him so he couldn't get past resulting in a penalty and max stood up and smashed it past the keeper. 0-3
Second half
Bloxham started of slowly and didn't control the ball and pass it aswell as they did in the first half.
Deddington scored first in the second half to make it 1-3.
Bloxham didn't worry to much as it wasn't long till bloxham scored again when max leonard curled it into the top left corner great finish. 1-4
That goal seemed to blow the wind out of the Deddington sales and it was Taylor maskell go as he broke free to be 1v1 with the Deddington keeper and he try to lob the keeper who managed to get his finger tips to it but not enough to stop it going over him and Taylor went around him to put the finishing touch to a good goal.1-5
Deddington finished the scoring when they scored right at the end to make it 2-5.
Review:bloxham played well with a positive attitude and were always looking to go forward.
The only thing I would say is that we need to sort out are defensive line and work on are off sides.
MOM: Max leonard who set up 2 and scored 2 with none stop running and work rate,really put a shift in.
