Bloxham bogged down

Bloxham traveled to helmdon to play brackley in a top of the table clash.
The weather was cold the pitch was well very boggey and sticky and the entertainment before the match was the farmers dog that was running loose and growling at everyone and unfortunately it did bite a rip one of the bloxham parents coats but thank goodness the parent was fine and the dog was eventually captured and taken home.
After the long delay the game started and it was brackley wanted the ball more and with in 3 mins brackley punished bloxham with a good strike to go ahead 1-0.
Bloxham struggled with the pitch but managed to get an equalizer when Ryan crossed the ball into the box and a brackley defender put in his own net to make it 1 -1.
To be fair both teams battled and brackley probably had the best chances but Bloxham were solid at the back with max leonard making some great tackles.
Bloxham created chances up front but struggled to make the keeper work.
The game was scrappy I would say brackley had the better chances and will be kicking themselves for not winning the game but over all may be a draw was fair.
Mom: max lenoard absolutely solid at the back won his tackles and made it really hard for the forwards to get a shot off.
Really well played and shows that not only can he score goals he can stop them as well.

Review: Bloxham may not have played as well as they can but the way they battled and grinded out a result shows a team of togetherness.
It all shows how they are willing to work as a team and help each other out.
