Bloxham traveled to Bicester for there away fixture.

Bloxham traveled to Bicester for there away fixture,The sun was out and it was a good day to play football.
Bloxham knew that if they won today they would go top of the table.
Bicester started the match and seemed up for the game while Bloxham seemed nervous but it was Bloxham who had the first shot at goal.
Even though Bloxham had the first shot they were lacking any leadership and it was bicester that scored first with a long ball over the top which caught the Bloxham defence off guard and scored to make it 1-0.
Bloxham carried on making passes to the wide players but were losing the battle in midfield.
Robert was solid at the back and stoped any further progress by bicester.
As Bloxham tried to get there foot in the game it was Ben that made the break trough with a great run down the wing and crossed the ball with Dzuigas waiting at the far post to tap it in 1-1.
After Bloxham equalized you would have thought that Bloxham would have pushed on but they just couldn't win the battle in midfield and again were caught by a long ball which bicester took in there stride and scored 2-1.

Second Half
After a constructed and positive half time team team talk Bloxham went out more positive and it wasn't long till Bloxham got there 2nd when Dzuigas found Ben who put it away 2-2.
As bicester restarted Bloxham won the ball back for the first time they started to win the battle in midfield, it was Nathan that won the ball knocked it to thomas who ran into the edge of the 18 yard box as the defender came in to tackle but Thomas was to fast and the defender took Thomas out PENALTY.
Ben stood up to take the penalty and coolly smashed it into the roof of the net 2-3.
As soon as Bloxham scored there 3rd goal you could see the confidence flow through the team and Bloxham started to dominate the midfield with Nathan taking control of the game and making some good tackles and battling for every ball in midfield.
Bicester were struggling and it wasn't long till Nathan scored a well deserved tap in as the bicester defence was all over the place.2-4.
Bicester were playing the long ball game and it was bread and butter for Robert and Sam to cope with.
With Bloxham winning the midfield battle they were passing through balls with ease and could have scored another 2 or 3 goals but it was Ben who scored Bloxham final goal when he picked it up from midfield and ran at the bicester defence and with his pace the defenders couldn't keep up and he slotted it past the keeper. 5-2
Bicseter had the last goal of the game when a way ward pass ended up at the bicester player feet who then broke free of the defence and scored.
Full Time 3-5

A good win for Bloxham they need to start a bit quicker and be more stronger with there tackling but the spirit in the team to come out for the second half being 2-1 down and take the game by the scuff of the neck and come out 3-5 winners is great and they should be really pleased with themselves.
