Bloxham played eynsham at home
Bloxham played eynsham at home and started really well passing the ball well to each other and it wasn't long before bloxham got there first chance at goal but the shot went wide.
it wasn't long be fore bloxham had another chance but the keeper saved it and that's how it went on for the first 10 mins creating chance after chance but not putting it away.
Eynsham pushed forward and won a corner bloxham struggled with the corner and eynsham scored.
Bloxham carried on and created more chances but were punished on the counter attack and eynsham scored again.
bloxham were all over the place at the back and it wasn't long when eynsham scored again 0-3.
Bloxham just couldn't sort there defence out but going forward looked great and created more chances but just couldn't get that ball to cross the line and were very unlucky to be 3-0 down.
second half
after a positive team talk and a few changes bloxham carried like the first half with some positive passing and some good attacking and when eynsham pushed forward the defence steped up and stopped the advance.
Bloxham were more solid at the back and eynsham struggled to get a shot at goal.
bloxham made some changes in the last 15 mins and played 2 at the the back and played 5 in midfield and it worked with bloxham pushing forward eynsham couldn't get out there half and with all the pressure ben fish scored 1-3.
soon as eynsham scored bloxham won the ball putt eynsham on the back foot and with a great run forward by dziugas who picked the ball up and scored 2-3.
there was only 5 mins left when ben fish ran at the defence and hit it past the keeper 3-3.
what a come back 3-0 down and in the last 15 mins pulled it back to 3-3,Bloxham players and manager was buzzing, but the bloxham manager made a mistake and changed back to playing 3 at the back and 4 in midfield and that let eynsham back into the game and in the last minute of the game eynsham scored the finale goal 3-4.
Bloxham played really well the whole game but not scoring the goals in the first half cost us over all and shows we need a striker.
But the performance of the second half was great and they played really well.
the manager blame himself for eynsham winning goal because as soon as bloxham equalized he went back to a more curious approach and were punished.
well done to all the players great game of football.
