Bloxham push on

Bloxham started well against Bourton and after playing them a week before they knew what to expect and it wasn't long before bloxham scored with some great foot work and a awesome strike Nathan scored from about 20 yards out great finish.
Bouton though like the week before kept on coming and had some great chances to score but with some great goal keeping and defending couldn't get the final touch to put the bakk into the net.
both sides battled well and the first half finished 0-1.
second half was more exciting with bourton starting well and with in about 10 mins into the second half they broke into the bloxham box and managed to win a penalty.
up steps the bourton player takes the penalty and sam saves it and it falls to a bourton player but sams up on his feet makes himself big and saves it again but this time manages to hold on to it great goal keeping.
After that save the game seemed to swing into Bloxhams favour and bloxham censed it was there day and suddenly started to push forward and were rewarded with a great pass from Hamish to dzuigas who then went on to score. 0-2
after bloxham had made some subs they closed bourton down well with fresh legs on the pitch bloxham started to take control and with a great through ball by dzuigas to Daniel who put it on to his right foot and hit it into the top right hand corner great goal and game over.
Bourton kept on trying right to the end but the bloxham defence was solid just like the keeper.

overall two good passing teams another close game a penalty save which won the game as if that had gone in I think Bourton might have gone on to win it but with some good defending and a solid team display with a great team sprit bloxham saw it through.
