Things can only get better

Bloxham travelled to wroxton to play Banbury united youth.
Bloxham were under pressure from the start with Banbury closing down and not giving bloxham time on the ball.
the first half belonged to Banbury with corner after corner but bloxham defended really well and Banbury couldent find away through.
Bloxham had a few chances and played some neat football at times but the confidence didn't seem to be there.
just before half time Banbury scored.
half time 1-0
Bloxham started the second half with a bit more determination and won a corner which led to bloxham goal with Hamish capitalising with a rebound off the keeper and scrapping it just over the line.
After that goal things just went down hill and Banbury just pushed forward and like last week the bloxham defence just crumbled.
and could not cope with the determination of Banbury and by full time bloxham had lost 5-1.
Banbury united youth deserved the win they had more hunger and I thought they played well.
bloxham battled well and played some good football here and there but overall were poor and didn't seem to want to work hard.
And as we all know if you don't put there effort in you don't get the reward.
