Bloxham travelled to Brackley athletic on a cold wet morning

Bloxham Travelled to Brackley athletic on a cold wet morning.
the pitch was boggy and you couldn't see the markingson the pitch as they had been washed away by the rain.
the bloxham players were cold Before kick and it showed as the game started with some passing going way ward but Bloxham did strike first when ryan got the ball and got past one player and hit it and scored great goal.
Athletic took centre and went for goal but with some good defending athletic struggled but they managed to break away and the athletic player hit it with some venom but max made a great save but couldt stop the follow up and at half time it was 1-1.
after a constructive half time chat bloxham took centre and started better with donnal and ryan linking up well and rylie jakeman running at them Athletic didn't know what to do and it wasn't long be fore rylie jakeman passed the ball forward to donnal who hit it past the keeper 1-2. Bloxham started to get warmed up and with the link up play of donnal and ryan it wasn't long before Bloxham scored another with donnal passing to ryan who controlled it and scored 1-3.
now the confidence was flowing through the team and bloxham went on to score another 2 with donnal scoring both.
final score 1-5.

second match
Bloxham had kick off and were a bit confused about there positions and it didn't take long for brackley to score 1-0 then about 2 mins after Brackley scored again 2-0.
As the game went on Bloxham started to get organised and got a goal back with a neat finish by Ollie and it didn't take long when Edward on his debut for the club scored to make it 2-2.
Brackley athletic went on to score 3 more to make it 5-2 at half time.
second half and Bloxham needed to start playing and they did with Ollie leading the way as he picked up the ball from the half way and beat 3 players and scored great individual goal 5-3.
Bloxham started to close down better and force Athletic to make mistakes and lose the ball with bloxham gaining possession Edward managed to break free and score 5-4 and then with Ollie getting the ball to his feet managed to slot it past the keeper 5-5.
Final score 6-10
well done Bloxham started off a bit slow but as the game went on got better and better with some really good passing.
a great team result
