We would like to invite you to our annual tournament to be held at the Jubilee Park, Bloxham on Saturday 19th & Sunday 20th May. The tournament will be six-a-side for all age groups Under 7 to Under 13.

Please download an application form to be completed if you wish to take part and return to the address shown on the form as soon as possible and no later than the closing date for entry, which is the 21st April. Entries will be accepted on a ‘first come first served’ basis.

Each club will be entitled to enter a maximum of two teams in each age group, with an entry fee of £30.00 per team. Please note no refunds can be given after the closing date.

Full details of the tournament and guidelines for teams will be circulated as soon as entries are finalised.

In addition to the football, there will be food and refreshments on sale.
