Our annual tournament to be held at the Jubilee Park, Bloxham on Saturday 2nd & Sunday 3rd July. The tournament will be six-a-side for all age groups Under 7 to Under 13.

Attached is an application form to be completed if you wish to take part. Please return to the address shown on the form as soon as possible and no later than the closing date for entry, which is the 10th June. Entries will be accepted on a ‘first come first served’ basis.

Each club will be entitled to enter two teams in each age group with a maximum of ten players per team for six-a-side format, with an entry fee of £30.00 per team. Please note no refunds can be given after the closing date.

Full details of the tournament and guidelines for teams will be circulated as soon as entries are finalised.

In addition to the football, there will be food and refreshments on sale.
